Our 6th Annual Texas Dyslexia Conference is scheduled for October 8-9, 2007 in Austin, Texas

We’ll be focusing on the new Blue Book (the new replacement for the Purple Book), re-visiting the bundled accommodations for TAKS reading (and their application to older students),  discussing the impact of Response to Intervention and changes to special education eligibility for students with learning disabilities, and looking at interventions for middle and high school students. We’re also planning a strand focused on practical helps for classroom teachers. It promises to be a great conference.
