Our events outgrew the Austin Doubletree, our Conference home for over 20 years. We simply couldn't accommodate our growing attendance and had to turn folks away to keep the conference comfortable. In 2021, we moved into our new home at the Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas, just north of Austin. Attendees at last year's Fall events loved the Kalahari.

This is a facility big on space and big on the features we think you will really enjoy.  The conference space is flexible and state of the art for our conference attendees, and there is plenty of action at the largest indoor waterpark in the United States and a massive adventure park for your family.

Come join us in person in the Fall of 2022. We've got a great conference rate of $169 per night for up to four people in the room. Every registered guest in the room gets an armband for free admission into the waterpark. We can't wait to see you.
